All the grapes for this wonderful white are carefully selected
and there is no use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides. Typical of Languedoc, Grenache Blanc is a varietal that really empowers us with its floralness and fruitiness. The freshness is preserved with a good acidity and
lovely aromas. Floral notes of rose and fennel along with seductive layers of ripe pear, apricot, jasmine and magnolia.
Food Pairing: As an aperitief, with starters, chicken/pork, fish,
seafood (fresh or grilled) and fresh cheese like goat cheese.
