The name Sabina is taken from the indigenous Spanish juniper tree grown locally in Navarra, recognisable for its horizontal growing, almost 'storm-battered' look.
Complex nose of stewed fruit, herbal characters and hints of vanilla and cocoa. The flavours are soft with developed black fruit, eucalyptus and rosemary all wrapped up in a warm toasty richness.
