Garnet color, complex aroma, with notes of ripe wild berries, along with a remarkable elegance. Complex, firm and persistent structure. Contains sulphites.
Vineyards in Southern Alentejo schist soils.
Vinification: Vat fermentation, with controlled temperature of 24°C to 25°C.
12 months aging in french oak barrels. Bottle aging.
Tasting notes: Dark garnet colour. Full-bodied on the palate, soft tannins, long and persistent ending. Intense aroma with notes of spices, vanilla and black cherry.
Food pairing: Seasoned dishes and white meat. It sould be served at a temperature of 16°C/18°C.
