Salford RED – A modern take on a classic beer style, it has a wonderfully deep red colour that comes from the speciality cara and crystal malts. We use a mixture of chinook and columbus in this beer to bring a nice pine aroma and flavour to the deep body of the beer. Cascade is also used to add a slight grapefruit edge and round out the aroma and flavour profile
