We make no secret of our passion for the old school here at Polly’s, and melding old school notes in with those new school vibes we’ve become so infamous for forms a huge part of our day to day here at the brewery. Erko is an easygoing pale ale that brings that new school juice to the party, with a hearty serving of old school bitterness to boot. Citra and Amarillo represent the old school here, bringing a swag bag of grassy and pithy bitterness to proceedings, before a hyperload of new school juice takes over with a heavy lashing of Azacca and Vic Secret hitting those mango, pineapple and passionfruit notes. All glued together with a healthy dose of our new favourite yeast strain London Fog for maximum suspension and mouthfeel, this is a pale ale levelled up.
