We’re big at the moment on nostalgia here at Polly’s HQ – reminiscing about some of our greatest hits from 2020, and Slacks is the next on our list that we felt deserved a revisit.
A big IPA all about the juice; Slacks is a conscious effort on our part to aim for a 6% beer, but to be able to fill it with all the flavour intensity and body of one of our stronger IPAs.
Hopped to the nines with 30kg of Enigma and Mosaic to bring all those stone fruit, papaya, and mango notes right up to the fore. Named for an in-joke from the 2019 Polly’s Christmas party about some, shall we say questionable slim fitting trousers, thankfully there is nothing questionable about this straight up murky juicebomb of a beer. Delicious.
