British West Indies XO Rum is a blend of rum produced by Trinidad Distillers and Four Square in Barbados, crafted from molasses and distilled using column stills then aged in ex bourbon casks. A very limited release of around 2,000 bottles worldwide per batch. No colours, flavours or sugar has been added. The rum is non-chill filtered and bottled at 43% Abv. On the nose you will find Citrus, Stewed Prunes, Touch Of Smoke. Upon tasting you discover Vanilla, Caramel and Cream.
