We'll kick things off with a welcome cocktail – a twist on a classic: the Rhubarb Dark & Stormy, crafted using fresh rhubarb from Kenyon, specially prepared to highlight the unique pairing of earthy sweetness and warming spice.

From there, you'll be guided through a carefully curated tasting of four distinctive rums, each with its own character and story:

• Pusser’s Gunpowder Proof – A bold, navy-strength rum with deep historical roots and a powerful flavour profile.

• J Gow Spiced Rum – Hailing from the Orkney Islands, this Scottish spiced rum offers warming notes of cinnamon, clove, and citrus, with a maritime twist.

• Ron Larimar Sherry Cask – A rich and smooth Dominican rum finished in sherry casks, delivering layers of dried fruit, oak, and mellow sweetness.

• Chairman’s Reserve Spiced Rum – A Caribbean favourite, balanced with exotic spices, citrus peels, and local botanicals.
