Regional information: All our grapes come from California - more precisely in the case of our Cabernet Sauvignon, from the northern interior of California, with a mix of warm and cool climate sites, each site bringing something different to the blend. The vines are planted in well drained soils.
Vinification: The wine is fermented for approximately 10 days at moderate temperature in stainless steel tanks. It is then aged for 5 months using French and American oak, to give it the signature Bread & Butter wine style.
