Echo In The Canyon is our ode to the iconic West Coast IPA style. Keeping things classic we decided to pair Centennial and Amarillo which gives you that piney resinous bitterness that you’d expect with a West Coast, backing off into a really clean finish with lingering fresh Citrus notes.
