Carménère from Chile's Central Valley, packed with black plums and fragrant with spice and a hint of truffle. From the cool climate of the Casablanca Valley, Vinamar wines are crafted by gifted young winemaker, Francesca Perazzo. The cool nights mean that grapes ripen perfectly and arrive at the winery in pristine condition ready to be transformed into these fantastic easy drinking styles. Goes well with pasta, vegetables and coldwater fishes, such as salmon.
